Act 113 (Abdication of HIM Emperor Terry I)

As announced on 15 February 2010, HIM Emperor Terry I has abdicated.

Under Act 110, Law 3, HIM Emperor Terry I shall legally remain Monarch until a new Monarch accepts and ascends the Throne. By granting Imperial Consent to this Act, the new Monarch is accepting and ascending the Throne.

As HIH Crown Prince Jonathan is refusing the Throne, it passes to the second in line, Dark Lord Esmond, 2^nd Duke of Highland, SCH.

Dark Lord Esmond, 2^nd Duke of Highland, SCH is the new Monarch, and shall henceforth be known as HIM Emperor Esmond III.

HIM Emperor Terry I is hereby removed of all Austenasian titles and offices, except for those of Crown Steward of Imperial Wrythe, Sheriff of Wrythe Public Park, and Wrythe Town Council Member.

As he was made a Knight Grand Commander in the Holy Military Order of St. Polycarpus by Grand Duke Niels I of Flandrensis, HIM Emperor Terry I will from henceforth be known as Sir Terry Austen.

HIH Crown Prince Jonathan is now 2^nd Archduke of Inner Austenasia.

HIM Emperor Esmond III hereby gains the titles of Sovereign of the Glorious Order of St. John, Sovereign of the Order of the Bullmastiff, Sovereign of the Austenasian Order, Air Chief Marshal of the Imperial Air Force, Grand Admiral of the Imperial Navy and Crown Steward of Imperial Wrythe.

HIH Empress Margaret will henceforth be known as Vycereine Margaret, 1^st Baroness of Glencrannog, DHJ, DOR, DPP, IRC. [This law has been changed – see Act 126, Law 6, and Act 145, Law 3]

HIH Emperor Mother Bette is hereby made a Dame of Honour in the Glorious Order of St. John, and will henceforth be known as Dame Bette Austen, DHJ.

HIM Emperor Esmond III will have the same Line of Succession as HIM Emperor Terry I did before the passing of Act 105. HIH Crown Prince Jonathan is hereby still Heir to the Throne, and all in the Line of Succession (as declared in Act 86, Law 6) will keep their titles.
