In regards to Article IV, Section B, Paragraph G of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, and in accordance with Paragraph Q of the same Section, we confirm the style of Imperial Highness and the title of Princess held by the three sisters of HIH Emperor Father Terry without interruption since 10 January 2009.
Should a Lord Imperial or a Lady Imperial gain a post-nominal or suffix (e.g. “KCA” or “Baron of Wrythe”), then they shall lose their suffix “of Austenasia”. Should the spouse of a Lord Imperial or a Lady Imperial gain a post-nominal, then they shall be known as Sir/Dame Forename Post-nominals.
Those with the titles Crown Prince, Prince, Lord, or the female equivalents – not including Lords Imperial and Ladies Imperial – shall not hold post-nominals although they may hold positions and offices which would ordinarily bestow them.
Those with military ranks shall have them as titles in front of their name. Those with both a military rank and the title of Lord/Lady shall have the latter title in front of the former, whereas those with both a military rank and the title of Sir/Dame shall have the latter title after the former. Those who are both Nobility/Peers and knights shall use the title of Lord/Lady rather than Sir/Dame.
In accordance with the Second Imperial Decree and Sixth Imperial Edict of HIM Emperor Declan I, there are four Orders of Chivalry, the first three of which the Monarch is sovereign and the last of which the Heir to the Throne is sovereign. They are, in order of precedence, the Glorious Order of St. John, the Order of the Bullmastiff, the Austenasian Order and the Order of the Crown Prince/Princess (the naming of the latter dependant on the sex of the Heir to the Throne). The grades of knighthood within the Glorious Order of St. John are listed in Act 81, Law 3 of Parliament as passed under the Austenasian Constitution of 2008 (taking into account the second paragraph of the Sixth Imperial Edict of HIM Emperor Declan I); the grades of knighthood within the Order of the Bullmastiff are listed in Act 56, Law 7, Paragraphs A-C of Parliament as passed under the same; and the grades of knighthood within the Austenasian Order are listed in Act 56, Law 9 of Parliament as passed under the same. The grades of knighthood within the Order of the Crown Prince/Princess, in order of precedence, are as follows: Supreme Companion of the Heir, of which there can be no more than one at the same time, known as Sir/Dame Forename Surname, SCP; Knight/Dame Protector of the Crown Prince/Princess, of which there can be no more than fifteen at the same time, known as Sir/Dame Forename Surname, KPP/DPP; Knight/Dame of the Crown Prince/Princess, known as Sir/Dame Forename Surname, KCP/DCP; and Squire of the Crown Prince, known as Forename Surname, SCP.
