The purpose of this Act is to recognise the transition of Landashir from a sovereign state to a sovereign nation; to clarify Austenasia’s position on the Shetland Isles sovereignty dispute; to recognise the dissolution of Kumano, and to recognise Daljam and Seborga as sovereign states.
-
Retrospectively effective as of 10 February 2017, the Empire of Austenasia hereby recognises the Community of Landashir to be a sovereign nation rather than a sovereign state, upon the renunciation of the same of their territorial claims. XXXII Dec. I 2012 (August Recognitions), Paragraph 2 and XXXVI Dec. I 2013 (Antarctica), Paragraph 3, Subsection G are both hereby repealed.
-
In regards to the declaration of sovereignty made in 2011 by Stuart Hill of Forvik, Austenasia shall continue to recognise Forvik and the Shetland Isles as rightfully holding the status of a Crown Dependency of the United Kingdom, and shall not dispute British sovereignty over them on the basis that they are not rightfully an integral part of Scotland.
-
XLVI Jon. I 2015, Paragraph 6 is hereby repealed. The Kumano Jiritsu Nation is hereby recognised to have been dissolved on 3 July 2017, with the Empire ceasing to recognise Kumano sovereignty as of that date.
-
The Imperial Union of Daljam’s Tribes is hereby recognised as a sovereign state, independent from Montenegro. Its sovereignty is recognised over all territory it both claims and controls.
-
The Principality of Seborga is hereby recognised as a sovereign state, independent from the Italian Republic.
