Emperor Alexander VI has been discharged from hospital, following a major surgery on Monday.
The Emperor announced in public channels last week that he was to be unavailable for business due to the impending operation, which follows the Emperor’s hospitalisation and an earlier operation in June, resulting in the ongoing caretaker administration under the Counselors of State.
The operation was successful, with the Emperor in his own words stating ‘I emerge intact, minus one internal organ, and with fighting spirit ultimately undiminished’.
The Emperor is now expected to be in recovery for the next few weeks.
In his final business before going on leave, preparations were made for the annual observance of Ascension Day, marked by a speech to the Senate.
