# Delvera

![Flag of Delvera](https://austenasia.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/300px-Flagofdelvera.jpg)Austenasia entered mutual recognition with NottaLotta Acres, the predecessor nation of Delvera, on 29 September 2010, following a period of wartime hostility earlier that year and subsequent negotiations. A treaty of mutual friendship and co-operation was signed on 8 October 2010. NottaLotta Acres was absorbed into the Grand Republic of Delvera in 2016, with which Austenasia then signed its own treaty of mutual recognition.

Diplomatic relations were cut in September 2017 after a member of the Delveran government was implicated in an attempted coup against Austenasia, but the two governments agreed to re-establish formal ties in 2020, and a new treaty was signed on 8 March 2021, restoring friendly relations along with mutual apologies for past wrongdoing.
