Tuesday 9th September saw Lord Zabëlle Skye visit the Imperial Capital of Wrythe at the invitation of His Imperial Majesty Emperor Aggelos I.

Lord Skye, the Baron of Green Gate who has served as Governor of the territory since claiming it in March 2019, was accompanied by his brother Janus Smith.
The two were met in Carshalton High Street by former emperor Lord Jonathan, who on behalf of Aggelos I gave them a tour of local sites of interest to Austenasia and the nearby nations, culminating in a visit to Wrythe itself.
While at the capital, Lord Skye and his brother also met Lord Jonathan’s mother, Lady Margaret, and were shown items of historical and cultural value.
Green Gate is an uninhabited Austenasian Territory which, along with the capital, comprises the Province of Greater Wrythe. It is a wooded area of land close to a golf course.
Despite Green Gate being quite near to Wrythe – just under 4 miles as the crow flies – this is the first time that Lord Skye has visited the capital. An imperial visit by the then Emperor Jonathan I to Green Gate took place in April 2019, although on that occasion Lord Skye was unable to join him due to illness.
